We were already using iTGS infra datacenter Services. Considering Insurance business, we’re in the infancy stage. We were on the lookout for DC space in India and it was through our IT partner that we approached iTGS. We had multiple rounds of discussions with different DC providers. They gave us very good options of deploying our new systems. Our experience with iTGS has been fabulous in terms of support, SLA, empathy shown to our engineers visiting the site. Whenever we’ve required their support, be it during the night, these guys have been available.
